Hey everyone, I am working really hard trying to build a widget for my web site & podcast, http://www.thinkmac.net

I have tried Wcode and also Widget Maker X.. but I am having a horrible time getting my CSS right. If anyone would like to help, I would really appreciate it, and credit you on the widget of course.

If you want to create one on your own too..that would be awesome as well.

Thanks

I still haven't had any luck getting my widget going. If anyone could offer to take a look to get it where it needs to be, I would REALLY appreciate it...

Here is a link to how it looks in the current form , but I can't get the text centered where I need it to be.

I used wCode a widget creation program, but can't adapt it (don't know how) to what I need.
Thanks!!

I would have to see the widget package to be sure, but it looks like you are using "margin-left:" instead of "left:" to position elements. Make sure that when you have a container element (usually a DIV) that you assign it the appropriate class(es) and ID(s) to match with your CSS.

If you want to email me directly (you can do so through my profile), I will take a look at the code and see what I can do. I am rather anal about my own CSS (I will make a 1px change if I think it will make the appearance better) and always strive to save every byte I can with group selectors, when appropriate. The CSS files for my widgets are all I have by way of a resumé.
