I have a widget that I am developing where a person can set some standard fields on the back of the widget (first and last name, email etc) and on the front of the widget, submit feedback to a site. When I submit the form, the widget disappears. I am using the following call to submit my object based form:

Code:

document.feedbackForm.method="Post";
document.feedbackForm.action="http://www.myURLhere.com/feedbackTest.php";
document.feedbackForm.submit();

Also, the code on my php test page has some displayed text to show the elements received from the POST. That text shows up in as text on my screen in place of the widget ..weird huh.

What seems to be happening is that the page called...(in this case http://www.myURLhere.com/feedbackTest.php)... is loading in place of the widget. Does anyone know how I can prevent this from happening. Even if I have the page called be blank. The widget disappears but I can still remove the invisible widget by hitting the "+" sign in the bottom left corner. (brings up all X's on all widgets)

Any help would be apprecited.
