Convenient, efficient, informative and visually-pleasing. Nice work.

I can't give you a rating for this. Looks like you're routing the link through a click-through where someone will be getting a cut of it.

Since you haven't mentioned this in the Widget description, it's fairly deceptive to people wanting to use this widget.

Great idea for a widget -- it'd be great if you could show more detail/information on the product though.

Wow, I agree with nFinity. There's no reason to be routing through linksynergy.com. That's just lame.

More information on the displayed product could be helpful, but I also appreciate the developer's attempt at keeping things small, thus saving screen real estate. That's important to me.

Nice widget!!

I hope you are the author of the woot.com widget... because this is a direct copy of that one. Granted, somewhat useful, but Apple updates the Special Deals section every night at midnight Pacific time with usually more than one product back in stock.

Yep, he made Woot too.

mulletman13, now that is a really, really great idea.

I'm definitely looking into doing that. Thank you.

Why does this thing link through to linksynergy.com when all it really needs to do it link to apple.com?

"Why does this thing link through to linksynergy.com when all it really needs to do it link to apple.com?"

It's so the developer can receive a commission on the sale.

Alright, sorry for being too lazy to check who made that one... but anyways here are a couple suggestions:

Apple usually puts a few new products in stock eveery night at 12pacific, so maybe put arrows to switch to the other new in stock things they have? ... due to the release of the ipod nano, the mini should *flood* the special deals section smiley

this is *barely* a service, all it really is, is an ad!

it is sad how the line between service and advertiseemt got so blurry, and it is even worse that TrilogyOfThelma isn't upfront about it.

Useful widget -- thanks! I'd like to see some sort of functionality that allows a user to click through multiple products.

Watch out, jonlink, you're probably gonna get hammered by dozens of people attacking you for daring to suggest that!

I think its perfectly fine that it links through linksynergy.com. A creative way for the developer to make a few bucks is fine by me, it doesn't cost to user anything.
