good way to keep track of things if your on a diet.

I have fibromyalgia, one of the things I need to do, am supposed to do is keep a pain journal, and a sleep journal. Both of these have been difficult to do and even if I did difficult to see if I was doing better or worse, without running through pages of entries to get the data.

This is great! All in one place, and able to see if I am in an up or down cycle.

Suggestion: It could use a couple of more options for things to track. I have filled up the three and wish I had a couple of more. There are more things I would like to track, my miles (okay, blocks) walked as an example.
