The Converter widget that comes with Tiger already has a currency converter. (It has a memory leak, though.)

This is still a nice widget and woul make a replacement for people who'd want to *only* convert currencies...! Although I don't know why I would ever need to convert former European currencies to current ones...!?

This is definitely a bit nicer than Apple's currency converter, it's more customizable.

Very nice widget.

I especially like the fact that you can change the selected currency by using pop-up menus on the front, there are too many widgets where you have to flip them around to change the selected currency.

Its a small point, but its a great usability feature.

Hi,

the widget can do more than it looks like.
E.g. if you enter "1eur=nok" will show you how much Norwegian Krone (nok) is one Euro. (this works with all currencies, even if not listed in the popup)
Or you can enter just an three letter code (of the 60 known) in a field to set the currency.

Ciao, ALeX.
